Bob and Sandra O'Neill of Chesterfield, Va., formerly of Colchester, announce the engagement of their daughter, Cheryl Lynn O'Neill, to David Rancourt Jr., the son of David and Cindy Rancourt of Lebanon. She is employed as a dietary aide at Harrington Court health care center in Colchester and attends Porter and Chester Institute to become a certified medical assistant.
